How-To: Change the Number of Days to Wait Before Sending Review Emails to Customers?

Local Orders

By default 14 days is being set before the review emails are sent to customers. We do recommend 14 days time frame as taking into account shipping duration and allowing customers to use the product before reviewing.

  • Settings -> Product Review -> Review Email Options
  • Change the digit in the space under ‘Number of days to wait before sending review emails’
  • Click ‘Save’ button on the bottom of the page


International Orders 

International shipping will usually take longer than local shipping due to customs clearance and etc. Set the number of days for international orders or leave it blank if it does not apply.

  • Settings -> Product Review -> Review Email Options
  • Change the digit or leave in the space under ‘Number of days to wait before sending review emails (International Orders)’
  • Click ‘Save’ button on the bottom of the page


POS Transactions 

We recommend immediate review for POS transaction on shopping experience as customers have a tendency not to respond to review after leaving the shop. 

  • Settings -> Product Review -> Review Email Options
  • Change the digit or leave in the space under ‘Number of days to wait before sending review emails (Point-of-Sales)’
  • Click ‘Save’ button on the bottom of the page
