View your customer's UGC overview and recent reviews when supporting them in HelpScout

How to Setup:

  1. Go to Apps page:
  2. Find and click on 'Build a Custom App'

  3. Click on 'Create App'

  4. Fill in the following Details:

    App Name

    Content Type
    Dynamic Content

    Callback Url
    <Copy URL from Integrations tab in Settings>

    Secret Key 
    <Use the same value as Callback Url>

    Debug Mode

    Check the mailbox you want the app to appear in

  5. Done!

When you receive a support ticket from customers who have written a review, you'll find the panel at the right side of the support page:
