How-to: Respond / Reply to Review

Here's how you can respond to your customer's review:

  • Login to your Stamped Dashboard
  • In the UGC page, select the review you want to reply to
  • On the right panel, type your response to the "Add a reply" field box

Here's a guide to the options available:
  • 'Notify by Email' => Customer will receive the response via email and Comment will be displayed on the product page
  • 'Private' => Comment will not send to customer and Comment not display on the product page
  • Both options => Customer will receive the response via email and Comment will NOT be displayed on the product page
  • None of the options is selected => Response will not be sent to the customer but Comment will be displayed on the product page
