Send review emails to fulfilled orders/after order is placed
This is a default setting but did you happened to change it or it magically changed by itself which we hope that will not be the case (crossed fingers), you can configure it yourself.
- Settings - Customize - Reviews - Email Sequence
- Select ‘days after fulfillment’ in the drop-down list under Interval
- Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page
After orders is placed
We do not encourage you to do this as we are achieving to get reviews base on customers’ whole shopping experience; navigating through your website, completing a purchase, receiving products and using them. By doing so customers have nothing much to share their experience and thoughts.
- Select 'days after order placed' in the drop-down list instead
- Click 'Save' button on the right side of the page
