Reviews - Change the Number of Days to Wait Before Sending Review Emails to Customers?

There are various interval settings available for different type of orders in your store.

Local Orders

By default 14 days is being set before the review emails are sent to customers. We do recommend 14 days time frame, which takes into account shipping duration and allowing customers sufficient time to experience the product before submitting a review.


International Orders

International shipping will usually take longer than local shipping due to customs clearance and etc. Set the number of days for international orders or leave it blank if it does not apply.

  • Expand the page by clicking "Show all settings" under Interval
  • Change the digit or leave in the space underInterval (International Orders)’
  • Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page

Point-Of-Sale(POS) Transactions

We recommend immediate review for POS transaction on shopping experience as customers have a tendency not to respond to review after leaving the shop. 

  • Expand the page by clicking "Show all settings" under Interval
  • Change the digit or leave in the space under ‘Interval (Point-of-Sales)’
  • Click ‘Save’ button on the right side of the page
